Sometimes we don’t need words. We need a place to clear our mind.
If you feel your mind is too cluttered, have a look at this image. Or if you just want to mentally feel some breeze between your ears, it might help. We can talk later. Don’t forget to take deep breaths!

Did it help?
Let me know if it did and I’ll make more of these posts.

It always helps to be intentional as it relates to oneself. We are carrying a lot and stopping to relax your mind and nervous is key. Breathe and recalibrate. It’s something I honestly just learned to start doing since August 2025. Love the pic. Leona

Yes, this image is helpful. Yesterday I was feeling cluttered – lots of projects unfinished. I went to yoga and as we were in a Yin pose, the instructor had us visualize a white room, empty but for one open window. This image was to encourage us to empty our minds. I think your image would be a great one to view from that one window.

Beaches are one of the classic visualisations in certain military sleep techniques. Very nice and simple post

Thank you, Star Pawn! You’re right, beaches are a great visualization. What’s your favorite calming image?

Hey! Much appreciate the reply. My favourite calming image is liminal spaces, e.g. The Backrooms. They often invoke a sense of nostalgia, are super spacious, and seem potentially infinite. It’s creepy and comforting. Like the allure of a demon promising eternal rest in return for my soul, perfect for bed time!

Love the photo, I could feel the cool damp sand between my toes. My inbox is loaded up more than I would like, so I am reading, clearing and decluttering. I aim to appreciate myself for what I have done, rather than for what I didn’t get to today. Your photo was most helpful! 🙂

Music always helps. Otherwise if you can, step outside yourself to watch you have the feeling, This has worked for me many times.
Thank you for liking my poem!
