  1. It always helps to be intentional as it relates to oneself. We are carrying a lot and stopping to relax your mind and nervous is key. Breathe and recalibrate. It’s something I honestly just learned to start doing since August 2025. Love the pic. Leona

  2. Yes, this image is helpful. Yesterday I was feeling cluttered – lots of projects unfinished. I went to yoga and as we were in a Yin pose, the instructor had us visualize a white room, empty but for one open window. This image was to encourage us to empty our minds. I think your image would be a great one to view from that one window.
